CACCAU

The project intended to transform a common office building, located at Rua Fonte Taurina, in Porto, into an incubator for creative companies. Based on the concept of flexibility, the project refers it to a functional flexibility and adaptation.

The existing elements that adapt to the new program are kept, being transformed to create a neutral image that will give unity to the whole building. The program also has a multifunctional space open to the public on the ground level to show the work of various artists.

This project aims to create spaces with identity and able to foster the creativity of those who will occupy new interventions and to develop with its users.
